- Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are received damaged or incorrect, provided they are reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in an unused condition.
- Blind Boxes: For blind box products (e.g., capybara, etc.), once the packaging is opened, the item is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
