Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Opened Blind Boxes: For IP-themed products (e.g., Capybara etc.), once the mystery packaging or foil is opened, the item is strictly non-returnable.
  • Used Stationery: Pens, markers, or notebooks that show signs of use (e.g., ink flow started or pages written on).
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during a “Flash Sale” or from the “Clearance” section cannot be refunded.
  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pixelabstudy.com.my

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@pixelabstudy.com.my for further instructions.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should contact us first for the return address.

  • Faulty/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damage), Pixelab will cover the shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Trackable Shipping: If you are returning items over RM100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
